The ewes were glad to come in off the hill just before lambing as the weather had been pretty harsh. The lambs were slow to get going in the cold and quite a few had to be fed by stomach tube and warmed under the heat lamp. In the end we had twelve healthy lambs who have grown up to be rather mischievous! They have been known to jump over the fence to visit the hens and sometimes they take over their hen house.

Karas took to being a mother like a duck to water and the puppies were a real joy to have, growing by the minute and getting up to all sorts of pranks. At seven and a half weeks they began a new life with thier new families. It was hard to say goodbye but we hope they will come back to visit soon.
