Hay has been brought in for winter fodder.

This seasons lambs are up on the hill and are growing bigger by the day. We aim to have fresh lamb for sale in the run up to Christmas.

The two suffolk rams Fernando and Eduardo joined the ewes on the 6th September so we expect to lamb soon after the 6th February next year.

Our five Berkshire pigs have turned the windfall apples into prime pork and production of rare breed sausages and bacon will begin shortly - details will be on the website soon but email me for details at james@panniersfarm.co.uk
